On February 18th till 22nd , EHEDG Regional Section Bulgaria participated in the Vinaria/FOODTECH International Fair in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. This event brought together leading professionals, showcasing the latest innovations in food products, packaging, and cutting-edge processing technology.

A major highlight of the event was dedicated to live demonstration area, where EHEDG Bulgaria had the opportunity to introduce visitors to our mission, activities, and the importance of hygienic design. 

Attendees engaged with EHEDG Bulgaria team, gaining valuable insights into how EHEDG guidelines contribute to food safety and efficiency in production processes.

Beyond the exhibition, EHEDG Bulgaria also held a productive meeting with SMC representatives. The discussion focused on key aspects of partnership, emphasising the benefits of EHEDG membership and exploring future collaboration opportunities. This exchange reinforced shared commitment to advancing hygienic design in the industry.
