Technical seminar aimed at providing an in-depth insight into some of the latest published guidelines by EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group). EHEDG guidelines are among the most widely recognized sources globally on topics related to the hygienic design and construction of food processing plants. The topics will be presented by members of the working groups responsible for the development or revision of the guidelines. As part of the agenda, the Chair of EHEDG Spain - Rafael Soro will present Doc. 57: A method for assessment of open process equipment cleaning.
