Food Companies and Equipment Suppliers again welcomed the opportunity to resume attendance to conferences and training events after the easing of Covid restrictions. 

Twenty four delegates attended the 3-day course representing the following sectors: 

• 14 Food Manufacturing (including one from Australia) 
• 8 Equipment Suppliers  
• 2 Service Suppliers  

The course was particularly well supported by Kraft Heinz Corporation with 12 Sanitation Leads from processing plants in Australia and NZ attending. We received very good local support from two EHEDG Global giants and founders, Tetra Pak and GEA. As per usual the course was full-on and based on feedback, we made the decision to extend the next course by another ½ day for the next event to allow for more ‘personal’ examples and discussion from the candidates and the presenters.
