Enhancing Food Honours with Hygienic Design at University of Pretoria

With excellent collaboration between EHEDG Regional Section SA and the University of Pretoria (EHEDG Institutional member) we had the opportunity to strengthen the Food Honours curriculum by incorporating Hygienic Design concepts and principles. The 2025 academic year was kicked-off with a practical workshop on 3 February 2025, engaging postgraduate students during a face-to-face lecture at the UP campus in Pretoria. The workshop will be concluded with the Honours students registering on the EHEDG e-learning platform  to gain additional information and complete an on-line test.
