EHEDG Switzerland, Optimal CIP cleaning and evaluation methods with hands-on

EHEDG Switzerland, FHNW / School of Life Sciences, and FORCE Technology offer a unique opportunity to experience the optimisation of CIP cleaning and cleaning validation in practice. The two-day event will feature a variety of lectures on the cleaning of closed processes, including flow simulation to optimise flow conditions for cleaning, and practical sessions in the pilot plant utilising methods for visualising cleaning efficiency in practice, employing fluorescent techniques and testing according to EHEDG Doc 2 in closed equipment.

Trainers

Wolfgang Riedl FHNW is a Lecturer in Process Engineering / Chemical Engineering and Head of Pilot Plants: Thermal Separation Processes, Biorefinery and Natural Products.

Alan Friis is leading the EHEDG Accredited Testing Laboratory (ATL) at FORCE Technology - an independent technology provider. He is also an EHEDG Authorised Trainer and has more than 25 years of experience with aspects of hygienic design.
