The Research Poster Competition takes place at the EHEDG World Congress, and we invite all master's and PhD students from relevant disciplines to submit their academic research posters. This is your chance to showcase your research and make a meaningful impact.

Anyone can register to partake in this competition, and teams are also welcome! Whether you are a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD student, or a professional in the field, we encourage you to submit your research abstract.

• Abstracts must report the results of original research based on accepted scientific practices (experiments, trials, surveys, analysis of existing datasets), as well as case studies and literature reviews in line with the scope of the Congress; findings should not be older than 2 years;
• Authors should not submit multiple abstracts that cover essentially the same topic or research methodology. Authors should combine into one abstract;
• Direct evidence of plagiarism is grounds for abstract rejection.
The theme for the EHEDG World Congress 2024 is ' Achieving Hygienic Excellence by Design,' which highlights the critical role that thoughtful and innovative design plays in ensuring product safety and quality. We invite experts to share their expertise, case studies, and research findings related to hygienic design principles, technologies, and best practices.
The congress will cover the following broad topics:

Upon submission of these two forms, your information will be assessed by our
Scientific Committee
and evaluated according to the following criteria:
• Relevance
• Technical content
• Novelty and originality
• Design & layout

Congratulations! Your poster will be assigned a space at the EHEDG World Congress 2024. You will have the opportunity to display and discuss your work with the 300+ EHEDG World Congress attendees.
In the case that you are a grouP: We advise that at least one of the poster authors registers and attends the event in person, to engage with the audience.
