Chocolate Processing Working Group Update

Working Group Chocolate, comprised of various experts from the industry, gathered to further discuss the guidance for hygienic equipment design.

This week, the EHEDG Chocolate Processing Working Group came together to further develop the guidance for hygienic equipment design. This time, the meeting was hosted by Bühler Group, where we gained further insights into the chocolate market and had the chance to visit Bühler's Food Application Centers.', said Edyta Margas.

 

We are pleased with the progress of the group, which has three major focus areas: Cleaning, processing equipment and infrastructure of the chocolate processing lines. Stay tuned for further updates!
