The EYE Mentorship Programme held its first 3-day midway event from May 22nd to 24th, bringing together mentors and mentees to share their experiences halfway through the cycle. For many pairs, it was their first in-person meeting, solidifying their partnerships.
Day 1: Hosted at the EHEDG Head Office, participants learned about EHEDG and Young EFFoST.
Day 2: Welcomed by Hui Zhang at Unilever Headquarters in Rotterdam, featuring a special session by keynote speaker Jocelyn Robbens on positive psychology, effective personal communication, and the benefits of LIFO® (Life Orientations method).
Day 3: Visited Intralox/CFS in Hoofddorp, where Roger Scheffler and Claudia Baenen provided an insightful and productive morning programme, including a tour of their new plant floor.
