Upcoming guideline

The EHEDG Working Group 'Design Principles' met yesterday in Freising Weihenstephan to update Guideline 8 - a free introduction to hygienic design and the basis for EHEDG certification, explaining why hygienic design is important and how it can be implemented. The meeting took place at the Weihenstephan Research Centre, where the EHEDG test laboratory is located. Participants had the opportunity to visit the laboratory during the break. The new guideline structure and content were discussed in detail, and the new version is expected to be published in mid-2024.
