Monika Hutzler and Thilo Berg, from EHEDG Company Member LOEHRKE, introduce their new sensor that can help food processors detect any biofilm, before it can pose any hazards. This technology allows for a CIP process optimisation, and could particularly benefit installations with recirculating waters, like cooling towers and ice water systems, but also the chocolate industry, air conditioning systems and filling systems for soft drinks.
