Institute Membership

Institute members are the representatives of

  • Institutes, universities and schools
  • Research centres and associations
  • Governmental and health authorities

who are granted the same benefits as company members. Due to limited budget reasons they pay a reduced membership fee of 500 Euro p.a. and are authorized to list up to four individual members.

Benefits:

  • Institute members are authorized to use the EHEDG Institute Member logo under agreed conditions. Note that the logo may not be used in a way of mistakenly implying EHEDG certification.
  • Institutes initially avail of at least one up to four free main contact persons. Additional persons can be listed later on for active or corresponding Working Group membership and active involvement into the EHEDG regional activities
  • Publication of the institute logo and name on the EHEDG website, conference programs, brochures, etc.
  • Hyperlink from the EHEDG website to the institute website
  • Whole series of the EHEDG Guidelines in all language versions including updates for free download by all staff members
  • Discount or waiver of registration fees for EHEDG sponsored events
  • Discount on EHEDG training course participation

Membership Conditions

The minimum duration of an EHEDG membership is one year. Furthermore, regardless of the date on which a membership is applied for, an EHEDG membership contribution relates to a calendar year. The membership will be automatically extended from one calendar year to another, if not cancelled in written before 30th September of the current year for the year to come, thus terminating the membership on 31st December. The full payment for the following year will be due in case of cancellation after 30th September. Future invoices will be issued each during the first quarter of a year.

Devenir Institut Adhérent

Les instituts adhérents représentent :

  • les instituts, universités et écoles,
  • les centres de recherche,
  • les pouvoirs publics.

Ils bénéficient des mêmes avantages que les entreprises adhérentes. Pour des raisons budgétaires leurs frais d’adhésion sont limités à 500 €/an et ils peuvent inscrire jusqu’à quatre membres individuels.

Avantages:

  • Les instituts adhérents sont autorisés à utiliser le logo d’Institut Adhérent EHEDG dans le respect des conditions d’utilisation. Ce logo ne peut être utilisé de manière à induire en erreur sur l’obtention de la Certification EHEDG.
  • Les instituts peuvent initialement inscrire un à quatre contacts principaux. Des personnes supplémentaires pourront ensuite se présenter pour devenir des membres actifs ou des membres correspondants des Groupes de Travail et s’impliquer activement dans les activités locales EHEDG.
  • La publication du logo et du nom de l’institut sur le site internet EHEDG, les programmes de conférence, les brochures, etc.,
  • Le lien hypertexte vers le site internet de l’institut depuis le site EHEDG,
  • La série complète des Guides Techniques EHEDG dans toutes les langues, incluant les mises à jour, téléchargeable gratuitement par tout le personnel de l’entreprise,
  • Remise ou exemption des frais d’inscription pour les évènements sponsorisés EHEDG,
  • Remise sur la participation aux formations EHEDG.

Conditions d’Adhésion

La durée minimum d’adhésion à EHEDG est d’un an. L’adhésion sera automatiquement renouvelée chaque année si aucune demande d’annulation écrite n’est reçue avant le 30 septembre de l’année en cours pour l’année suivante, mettant ainsi fin à l’adhésion le 31 décembre. Le paiement d’une année complète sera dû dans le cas d’une annulation postérieure au 30 septembre. La facturation a lieu au cours du premier trimestre de chaque année.
