EHEDG launches a new series of free EHEDG Connects Webinars for 2023.

With a variety of operations, raw materials, standards and security, achieving a common ground within the food industry may often seem to be impossible. The Codex Alimentarius was then created as a response to this need, to protect the consumers' health and ensure fair practices in the food trade. In this webinar, EHEDG Authorised Trainer and Chair of Regional Section Mexico, Marco Antonio León Félix illustrates the link between the Codex Alimentarius, hygienic design and food safety. The webinar includes real industry examples and references to the relevant EHEDG Guidelines, and comprises a 30-minute presentation and a 30-minute Q&A session.
