The mother of all EHEDG guidelines
EHEDG Guideline 8, 'Hygienic Design Principles', is considered the base of all other EHEDG guidelines, as it details the criteria that shall be followed when designing and constructing equipment and factories for food manufacturing. EHEDG Working Group Chair, Dr. Jürgen Hofmann, announces the document upcoming revision, which will include references to new developments like the GFSI benchmarking and risk assessment.
