Congress Dinner
All congress delegates are invited to join us at the Congress Dinner which will take place on the 2 October (after the first day of the EHEDG Wolrd Congress 2024) at Les Machines de l’Île — a unique venue where imagination meets engineering in stunning harmony.
Upon arrival, guests will enjoy a gallery visit, exploring the worlds inspired by Jules Verne, the mechanical brilliance of da Vinci, and the rich industrial heritage of Nantes.
The dress code for the dinner is smart casual. We recommend bringing an extra layer, as the weather is forecasted to be between 10 and 15 °C.
Note: Apertifs will be served after the gallery visit and, in keeping with French tradition, dinner will be at 20:50.
Transportation to Congress Dinner
We are pleased to offer complementary shuttles at two different times – The travel time is around 20 minutes We advise you to arrive before 19:45.

Transportation after Congress Dinner
Shuttles will run every 15 minutes from 22:45 until 24:00. There will be signs indicating the departure location at the venue – Travel time will be around 20 minutes.
