Compact diaphragm seal system - Model DSSA11SA: The model DSSA11SA compact diaphragm seal system is particularly well suited for hygienic process integration in sanitary applications. It meets the requirements of CIP and SIP and withstands the temperatures of the cleaning steam.

The clamp connection (TRI-CLAMP®) enables the quick and easy dismounting and thus a simple cleaning with seal replacement.

In the basic version, the instrument is fitted with a pressure sensor without a display, which, depending on the application, can be used either for pressure monitoring or as an electronic PNP/NPN switch for process control. With an additional IO-Link interface, the instrument can be programmed flexibly and has integrated diagnostic functions.

TRI-CLAMP® is a trademark of the company Alfa Laval AB SE

Diaphragm monitoring system with HART® protocol – Model DMSU21SA: The model DMSU21SA diaphragm monitoring system fulfils the constantly growing requirements for process monitoring on plants for sanitary applications. With the HART® protocol, not only the measuring signal, but also the status of the integrated diaphragm monitoring can be transmitted, as required, to the process control. The system architecture with integrated diaphragm monitoring bridges the gap between digitalisation and process reliability.

With the patented diaphragm monitoring, a monitoring element is mainly used for electrical/digital signal transmission of the diaphragm condition. In addition, the diaphragm condition is displayed on a dial with red/green areas.

In the event of a diaphragm rupture, a second, internal diaphragm ensures the reliable separation of the environment and the process.

Bimetal thermometer – Model TG58SA: The model TG58SA bimetal thermometer has been specifically designed for the high requirements of sanitary applications.

The purely mechanical temperature transmission functions via a bimetal coil in the stem. For applications that require a measurement needing no external power (e.g. with mobile vessels), the TG58SA with case filling is particularly suitable.

On the back of the case, the zero point can be easily corrected. The stem with its hemispherical base, in conjunction with the aseptic process connections (e.g. clamp, VARINLINE®), enables a dead-space free connection to the process.

The TG58SA in hygienic design can be used for CIP  and SIP and in wash-down areas.
