EHEDG launches a new series of free EHEDG Connects Webinars for 2023.
With a variety of operations, raw materials, standards and security, achieving a common ground within the food industry may often seem to be impossible. The Codex Alimentarius was then created as a response to this need, to protect the consumers' health and ensure fair practices in the food trade.
